We are seeking  a Senior Media Manager to lead paid media strategy and execution across platforms like Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, Spotify, CTV, native, and more. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Google Ads, is comfortable analyzing data, and confident presenting results to clients. Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager is strongly preferred. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of industries in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment. 

 What You'll Do:

• Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital advertising campaigns — such as search, social, and programmatic — from start to finish.
• Plan budgets, research keywords, write ad copy, and set up conversion tracking to ensure high-performing campaigns that deliver results.
• Analyze performance data and share insights with clients and internal teams through clear, compelling reports and presentations.
• Build strong relationships with clients by delivering strategic recommendations, proactive optimizations, and excellent communication.
• Identify growth opportunities by recommending new channels, tactics, or services that align with client goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, sales, and account management to support broader digital strategies.
• Stay current on trends in digital media and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Have working knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices in SEO, content marketing, email automation, and website optimization.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in paid media, with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Business Manager
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is strongly preferred
• Experience with Google Ad Manager is a plus
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting data-driven insights to clients
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Quick learner who can adapt to a variety of client industries, platforms, and budgets
• Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals

Location: This role offers flexibility based on candidate location and business needs, with the option to work hybrid from our Bedford, NH office or fully remote within the U.S.
