Senior Medical Collections Specialist - Excellent Benefits Package

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of previous experience in medical collections, with a demonstrated increase in complexity and responsibilities over time.
• Multi-state billing/collections experience.
• Ability to manage 15-20 accounts per day.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Proficiency in email, internet, and PC computer skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage patient accounts from resubmission to final resolution, leveraging collection-heavy experience.
• Address denials, write appeal letters, and ensure accurate balances.
• Assist with payer issues and collections projects.
• Communicate effectively with insurance providers.
• Draft correspondence and appeals.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
