AFC Feasterville is seeking a full-time Senior Membership Consultant to join our sales force.

As a Senior Membership Consultant, you will join the AFC sales team and become a key factor in accomplishing the sales goals set by our General Manager and COO. You will bring high energy and ambition and relish the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high growth health and wellness environment. You will be performing the day-to-day functions of a highly productive inside sales advisor, as well as having a concentrated focus on accomplishing team and club goals. As a great communicator, you will be able to successfully engage with potential and existing members to guide them on their unique path toward their best health outcomes. As a great listener, you will make them feel comfortable as you learn their pain points, and effectively talk them through the many options available to them at AFC. You’re a self-starter, and helping others is a natural impulse. You have the patience and determination to know that sometimes sales can be a long game, and that consistent follow-up wins every time.
Some of the day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:· Direct conversation and guided walk-throughs with potential members.· Reviewing, contacting, and qualifying inbound leads.· Perform outbound email, texts, and phone prospecting based on internal lists.· Re-engage with longer-term leads already in the AFC pipeline.· Work with internal stakeholders on lead generation sources and strategies.

Applicant must have at least 1 year of relevant experience and excellent communication skills: written and oral, as well as strong leadership abilities. Must have worked and demonstrated success in a high volume and fast paced sales and/or customer service environment. Marketing experience and experience in the fitness industry are highly preferred. Compensation includes base salary and a substantial commission and bonus structure based on meeting performance goals. Schedule based on business needs.
