Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (Official Title: AVP, MS Dynamics) to drive technical strategy, development, and configuration across our enterprise Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem. In this highly collaborative role, you will partner with solution architects and cross-functional stakeholders to design scalable solutions that minimize technical debt and align with our core product roadmap. You will lead technical workshops, evaluate business and technology needs, and translate complex requirements into well-architected configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Development: Take full ownership of development, configuration, and technical execution within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape (including CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power Apps).
Architecture & Integration: Partner with solution architects to design and develop robust integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and various upstream/downstream systems, middleware, and third-party APIs.
Best Practices Advocacy: Champion scalable solution development through fully supported and upgradable configurations, minimizing technical debt while aligning with long-term product roadmaps.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead technical requirement workshops with business and technology partners, collaborating closely with subject matter experts to translate strategic goals into comprehensive architectural solutions.
Qualifications
Core Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
Technical Customization: Proven track record of implementing complex CRM enhancements, including custom UI development, custom workflows/dialogs, business process flows, custom entities, and granular user access/permission management.
Development Stack: Strong proficiency in .NET Framework, C# programming, JavaScript, MS SQL Server, SSRS, MS CRM SDK, and the MSD developer toolkit.
Integration Expertise: Direct experience with Azure-based integrations, REST/ODATA WebAPIs, SSIS packages, and connecting CRM systems with third-party platforms (e.g., DocuSign, Workday).
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate highly technical concepts clearly to non-technical business units.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
Industry Domain: Prior experience working within the banking or financial services domain.
Advanced Tools & Reporting: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI), reporting architecture, and standard business tools (Visio, advanced Excel).
Certifications: Active Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications (e.g., Certified CRM, Power Pages, or Power Automate Expert) are highly preferred.
