This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Mixed Signal ASIC Test Engineer - REMOTE. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans while collaborating with engineering teams to tackle complex challenges. Accountabilities
- Develop comprehensive test plans and implement ATE tests for IC manufacturing.
- Analyze high-volume test data and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and test equipment manufacturers to resolve testing challenges.
- Drive the bring-up of test equipment for mass-manufacturing at remote OSATs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Lead the release of test solutions to external OSATs while maintaining quality oversight.
- Support continuous improvement of test methodologies and processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of semiconductor testing experience, including New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Hands-on experience with Teradyne or Advantest Testing Platforms.
- Strong proficiency in programming tester platforms.
- Experience in conducting data analysis using industry tools.
- Familiarity with high-speed Analog design ICs.
- Minimum BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
