Position Overview

As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you'll perform advanced MRI procedures while ensuring optimal patient care and maintaining the highest quality standards in medical imaging.

Essential Responsibilities

• Execute complex MRI procedures using cutting-edge protocols and equipment
• Conduct comprehensive patient screenings and safety assessments
• Manage contrast media administration according to NYS regulations
• Operate PACS systems and maintain accurate digital imaging records
• Collaborate with radiologists to ensure optimal image quality
• Perform routine quality assurance procedures
• Maintain detailed patient records in EPIC system
• Participate in research initiatives and continuous improvement projects

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Medical Radiography or equivalent
• Current ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology and MRI
• Valid NYS Contrast Injection Certification
• Current BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years MRI experience
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
