Senior Mulesoft Software Developer

Essential Duties

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, contributing to architectural decisions, code reviews, and the adoption of best practices and standards.
Mentor junior developers on technical skill development.
Embrace Agile methodologies and participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from sprint planning and estimation to deployment and retrospective.
Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver value incrementally.
Analyze and debug complex technical issues across the entire software stack, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Proactively address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and scalability challenges.
Architect robust and scalable software solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design system architectures, database schemas, and API interfaces.
Collaborate with DevOps Engineers and Production Support to enable automated deployment of applications using a CI/CD pipeline, across multiple environments, including production environments and monitoring of their performance.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing updates as needed.
Education & Experience

Master's degree from college or university; and 5-7 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Certificates & Licenses

Advanced experience and/or certification in Mulesoft strongly desired.

Compensation: $130,000-$155,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate's qualifications, the Company's operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
