Job Title: Senior .NetCore Engineer + ReactJS + AWS + Claude AI

• Job Location: Denver, Colorado, USA
• Interview Levels: 5-6 discussions (technical & managerial)

Education Required: Education: 4-year Bahelor’s degree Computer Science Backround.
Professional Experience: 10+ years of professional software development experience, with a minimum of 8+ years in a .Net Framework and 3+ years in Reactjs.

Tasks

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer that’s equal parts technical leader, systems thinker, and architect. This isn’t someone that’s just taking tickets and building features—we need someone who can own complex business problems end-to-end and help modernize legacy systems.

• The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of software engineering experience and be very strong across the Microsoft stack (.NET Core/.NET Framework, SQL Server) with modern front-end experience in ReactJs and Angular.
• They should have experience designing scalable, service-based or distributed systems and be comfortable working in AWS environments.
• One of the biggest requirements for this role is experience working with high-volume batch processing and background jobs. Our insurance workflows involve processing large amounts of data related to eligibility, claims, and remittance files, so we’re looking for engineers who have built or maintained systems that process large datasets reliably and efficiently.
• Candidates should be able to speak to how they’ve designed, optimized, or supported batch processing systems in production environments
• What’s unique about this role is the complexity of the business domain. They’ll be working in our insurance and payments space, translating highly regulated, complex workflows into scalable.
• Technical solutions. Candidates coming from healthcare tech, fintech, insurance tech, or other regulated B2B SaaS environments tend to do well here.

Requirements

We’re not looking for an individual contributor that simply writes code. We need someone who can:
● Own large technical initiatives from design through delivery.
● Make architectural decisions and modernize legacy applications.
● Partner closely with Product and domain experts to solve ambiguous problems.
● Mentor other engineers and raise the technical bar of the team.
● Think about long-term business and technical ROI when building solutions.

Candidates should be comfortable with:
● .NET Core/.NET Framework
● React and Angular
● SQL Server and query optimization
● High-volume batch processing and background jobs
● Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
● Service-based and distributed architectures
● AWS Cloud Services with CI/CD practices
● Working with complex data workflows and integrations

Nice-to-have experience

• includes Terraform, GraphQL, Elasticsearch, event-driven architectures, and monitoring/APM tools.
• Another key component of this role is an AI-first mindset. We’re looking for engineers who are
• actively leveraging tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or other AI-assisted
• development tools to improve development velocity and software quality. Experience
• experimenting with agentic workflows or AI-driven testing is a plus.
• Ideal candidates have worked in complex B2B SaaS environments where they’ve owned
• technical design decisions and solved difficult systems problems. We’re much more interested
• in engineers who have built scalable, reliable systems than those whose experience is primarily
• building straightforward web applications.
