practice is looking to hire a Senior Full Stack Developer with React and .NET extensive experience who will play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of our software products, contributing to the entire development lifecycle. You will work closely with multi-functional teams to craft, build and optimize web applications and services. This is a phenomenal opportunity to tap into your expertise in Java development and full stack engineering to build innovate solutions.Day-To-Day Responsibilities:* Have ability to work in a team and in an individual environment.* Assist in developing the detailed technical documentation, i.e., system design and program specifications* Identify and communicate risks to producing various deliverables and solutions on time* Develop use cases to explain / demonstrate business requirements / specifications* Participate in SIT and UAT testing; working with business partners to ensure UAT scripts are thorough, and testing is completed.* Analyze requirements, Design, and architect solution, develop product, and deliver.Lead the Offshore and Onsite team by providing technical and business support.Key Qualifications:Associate with good hands-on experience on the below skills are required for the role.* Should have experience in React, Dot net framework, WCF Services, Web API for Full stack development and should have participated in the Analysis, Design, and Implementation of Business Applications.* Involved in all phases of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) from analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance with timely delivery against aggressive deadlines.* Experience with Data flow diagrams, Data dictionary, Database normalization theory techniques etc.* Knowledge and application of Quality processes and Development Standards* Knowledge in React and object-oriented design are mandatorily required.Hybrid or Onsite, location: Chicago, IL.
