Senior NetSuite Administrator

JOB SUMMARY:

The Armstrong Company is looking for a Senior NetSuite Administrator responsible for configuring and maintaining NetSuite. This role will collaborate with team members across all business functions to perform customizations and configurations, resolve user issues, and define processes within NetSuite. This role will be the Armstrong subject matter expert for NetSuite. This role will also be responsible for system cleanup and establishing best practices across the NetSuite environment to achieve business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide internal support to users, including training and maintaining proper system access for all roles.


• Assist with procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity.


• Work with various business areas to understand new needs and requirements.


• Engage with Project Managers to help track requests.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality.


• Assist developers with integrations to NetSuite.


• Work to migrate changes across NetSuite instances (Production/Test/Dev).


• Assist the help desk with administering user access and maintain proper system access/roles/rights.


• Create, update, and maintain reports in NetSuite.


• Assist developers with data imports and migration processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Systems, Computer Science, or related experience.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a NetSuite System Administrator.


• Proven ability to scope/size tasks and adapt to various assignments.


• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.


• High business acumen with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. 


• NetSuite Certification Preferred.


• Proficient in MS Office.


• Must be able to provide evidence of eligibility to work in the U.S.


• Must be able to pass a background check.
