The Senior Consultant combines consulting and software implementations to create world-class distribution operations.

• Working with project teams, you will apply your expertise in ERP implementation:

• Estimate, analyze and make recommendations on process design, customization and implementation.

• Provide technical and strategic advice, configuring or implementing solutions in the NetSuite ERP application, and ensure the quality of deliverables.

• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, manage their expectations and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.

• Plan and execute NetSuite integration strategies with third-party systems, such as CRM, WMS, or demand planning tools, ensuring data consistency.

The profile we are looking for:

• Experience in implementation and/or as a super user of an integrated management system (NetSuite, Epicor, Accumatica, SAP B1, Genius ERP or other equivalent systems)

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, finance or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Superior communication and presentation skills, both oral and written;
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines;
• Ability to manage several mandates simultaneously under the supervision of a project manager;
• Ability to travel in the U.S. and Canada up to 25% of the time.
  

Assets

• Experience with NetSuite;
• Experience with other SaaS products (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.) or logistics-oriented software (WMS, TMS, MES);
• Professional designation or post-graduate diploma (CPA, Ing. other)
