Senior Network & Cybersecurity Architect Fortinet

• Assess existing network and security environments and design scalable target-state architectures.
  
  
  


• Implement and optimize enterprise routing, switching, segmentation, redundancy, and high-availability solutions.
  
  
  


• Configure and manage Fortinet technologies, including FortiGate, FortiSwitch, VDOMs, security policies, firmware upgrades, and secure remote access solutions.
  
  
  


• Lead infrastructure migration projects, including testing, validation, rollback planning, and production support.
  
  
  


• Troubleshoot complex network and cybersecurity issues while ensuring operational stability and security compliance.
  
  
  


• Produce technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to customer IT teams.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with FortiGate and Fortinet security solutions.
  
  
  


• Experience with enterprise switching, routing, VLANs, network segmentation, redundancy, and high availability.
  
  
  


• Experience configuring FortiGate security policies, routing, and VDOMs.
  
  
  


• Experience implementing ZTNA and/or IPSec VPN solutions.
  
  
  


• Experience supporting network and security migrations in production environments.
  
  
  


• Strong technical documentation and architecture design experience.
  
  
  


• Ability to lead technical decisions while remaining hands-on during implementation.
  
  
  


• Availability to support scheduled after-hours production activities when required.
  
  
  

• Fortinet certifications (FCP, FCSS, NSE or equivalent).
  
  
  


• Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCIE).
  
  
  


• Experience with FortiGate 7.x and multi-VDOM environments.
  
  
  


• Experience with Data Center modernization and network transformation initiatives.
  
  
  


• Experience in enterprise, financial, government, or highly regulated environments.
  
  
  

• Fortinet: FortiGate, FortiSwitch, VDOMs, FortiOS, Security Policies, Firmware Management.
  
  
  


• Networking: Routing, Switching, VLANs, Network Segmentation, High Availability, Redundancy, Data Center Infrastructure.
  
  
  


• Security: ZTNA, IPSec VPN, Firewall Administration, Remote Access Security.
  
  
  


• Operations: Infrastructure Migrations, Troubleshooting, Change Management, Technical Documentation.
