Senior Operations Manager - Commercial Construction - Excellent Benefits Package

Our client is a well-established commercial fence company in South Florida. They have a reputation for superior quality work. They are also under the umbrella of a 40+ year old, $300 million national construction company. This organization is currently seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee the business, all projects, and staff.

The Role:

• Oversee all Florida projects to ensure operations meet company standards.
• Lead, develop, and manage a team consisting of project managers, estimators, administrative staff, and field employees.
• Ensures project managers and foremen are adhering to all safety compliance standards.
• Oversee weekly payroll
• Communicate effectively with the field teams to ensure projects are accurate and within budget
• Oversee and partake in the coordination of purchasing materials.
• Oversee and manage company equipment and inventory.
• Manage project timeline and pipeline.
• Oversees all bid documents and drawings - coordinate with the estimators for changes and updates.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience of multi-site job experience
• 5+ years’ experience in operations with construction background
• Accuracy, attention to detail, analytical skills, and multi-tasking
• Ability to identify areas of performance improvement.
• MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Timberline a plus
