Job Description - Senior Operations Specialist (TS/SCI Clearance)

Location: San Antonio, TX
Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI

Position Overview:

Join a collaborative and mission-driven team where your contributions directly support the Army’s readiness and modernization goals.

This Operations Specialist (Senior) role supports remote program operations in San Antonio, TX. The position focuses on workflow execution, communications, and coordination across dispersed teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the local operational liaison supporting program communications and deliverables.
Track task execution, document flow, and stakeholder coordination from the San Antonio site.
Support virtual collaboration efforts between HQ and fielded personnel.
Compile operational reports and briefings from field input.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, site visits, and virtual engagements.
Monitor compliance with SOPs and provide input to process improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
8+ years of operations or program support experience in government settings.
Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working independently.
Proficient in MS Office and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
