Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior OCM Consultant to join our Transformation Management Team. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in helping organizations manage change effectively. You will support change initiatives across various client projects, working closely with SAP consultants and cross-functional teams to enable successful adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of change management and communication strategies and activities in SAP projects (implementation, rollout, upgrade).
• Assist in and lead stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including communication plans, training materials, and change tracking reports.
• Help develop and deliver communications, presentations, and learning materials.
• Coordinate and conduct meetings, workshops, and training sessions with stakeholders and project team members.
• Support the creation of metrics and reporting tools to monitor adoption and engagement.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management into overall project plans.

• Contribute in the continuous improvement of OCM methodologies and toolkits at cbs globally.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience in consulting, HR, communications, project management, or a similar role with OCM (organizational change management) or change management or organizational development ideally in a project environment.
• Basic understanding of change management principles, methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci), and tools.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the OCM discipline.
• Basic knowledge of SAP solutions or ERP software is a plus.
• Experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams or Mural
• Familiarity with Agile or project-based work environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong to agility to react quickly to project demands and changes
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communication, Human Resources, or a related field.
