Senior Packaging Engineering Manager

Your responsibilities will include: ● Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline ● Minimum of 5 years' experience in product labeling and/or packaging engineering ● Minimum of 1 year' experience in people management and technical leadership ● Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional performance ● Experience leading through ambiguity with strong change management and conflict resolution skills ● Ability to travel globally up to 20% ● Master's degree in an engineering or related discipline ● Minimum of 3 years' experience in people management and technical leadership ● Experience designing packaging and/or labeling for Class II or Class III medical devices ● Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels ● Highly organized and results oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex initiatives ● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships Requisition ID: 624586 Minimum Salary: $ 125800 Maximum Salary: $ 239000 Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
