Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our clients Bozeman, MT office.

**Relocation package of $6,000 offered**

Note: The qualified candidate for this position must be certified by the Montana Bar as a Paralegal or have the ability to obtain Montana certification.

Job Description

• Serve as a key contact for clients and support attorneys in multiple practice areas
• Draft, review, and file legal documents with courts and government agencies
• Perform notary services and maintain compliance with state regulations
• Manage case files, deadlines, and legal correspondence efficiently
• Stay current with changes in laws and regulations affecting clients
• Mentor junior team members while continuing your own professional growth
• Foster collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and solution-driven communication

Qualifications

• Certified by the Montana Bar as a Paralegal (or ability to obtain certification)
• 5+ years of paralegal or legal support experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of litigation and transactional legal processes
• Excellent drafting, organizational, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Team-oriented mindset with a balance of professionalism and humility
