The Opportunity

A prominent Long Island personal injury law firm is looking for a Senior Paralegal to join a team of top-rated attorneys handling Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Workers' Compensation, Mass Tort, and related practice areas. In this role, you'll play a central part in moving cases forward from initial consultation through resolution — supporting clients when it matters most.

Your Day-to-Day

• Assist attorneys during initial client consultations and conduct thorough policy review and analysis
• Review and evaluate supporting physician documentation and gather medical records
• Prepare initial claim submissions and compile continued proof of loss documentation
• Draft pleadings and handle medical requests and No-Fault matters
• Communicate and coordinate with attorneys, medical professionals, and other high-level stakeholders throughout the claims process

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a personal injury law firm on the plaintiff's side — strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with No-Fault claims, medical record requests, and drafting pleadings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple matters simultaneously
• Self-directed, process-driven, and comfortable working with medical and financial information
• Proficiency with standard legal/computer systems
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
• Must be available to work full-time in the office
