The Opportunity

A prominent Long Island personal injury law firm is looking for a Senior Paralegal to support a team of top-rated attorneys across a high-volume, plaintiff-side caseload. You'll play a central role in moving cases forward — from initial client consultation through proof of loss — in a firm that handles personal injury, medical malpractice, workers' compensation, mass tort, and more. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Your Day-to-Day

• Assist with initial client consultations and policy review
• Analyze and assess supporting physician documentation and medical records
• Prepare and submit initial claims and continued proof of loss packages
• Draft pleadings and handle medical records requests
• Manage no-fault matters and related documentation
• Communicate and coordinate with attorneys, clients, and high-level professionals throughout the claims process

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience at a plaintiff-side personal injury law firm strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with no-fault claims, medical records requests, and drafting pleadings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
• Process-driven, self-directed, and comfortable working with medical and financial information
• Proficiency with standard legal software and computer applications
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
• Ability to work full-time, on-site
