General Position Summary:
This position will be scheduled between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with additional hours as payment activity dictates
Primary Responsibilities
- Record and process payments to customer accounts
- Review and issue Credit Balance Refunds on behalf of all clients with highest accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare multiple deposits for treasury including remote deposit and physical bank deposit
- Complete Payment Investigations for clients and other departments
- Process Returned payments
- Work daily Exception and Un-post Reports
- Exporting payment activity and Verification of such activity
- Process Debit/Credit Card Chargebacks
- Transfer payments from Lost/Stolen Accounts to Active Accounts
- Serve as backup for all mail duties
- Key journal entries composed and created by the Accounting department
- Physical Mail Sorting and Scanning
- Delivery of Mail to Various Departments throughout the building
- Stamping of Physical Mail
- Scanning and Sorting of All Returned Mail Received
- Additional reporting functions and duties as needed

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 5-years previous experience in a bank or call center setting and/or Bank Teller experience preferred
- Maintain above-average attendance standard
- Attention to detail and prioritization skills a must
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- FDR experience preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment
- Adhere to strict deadlines and structure schedule
- Proficient 10 key skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Excel
- Ability to manage large volumes of emails and respond in a timely manner.
