Senior Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team on-site in our Margate, Florida HQ Office. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Payroll Specialist will collaborate with management to ensure efficient payroll processes and compliance with all regulations and policies.
• Responsible for executing day-to-day processing on cycle multi-state payroll for exempt and non-exempt team members.
• Auditing customized payroll reports, validating input for accuracy, and processing special payments and bonuses.
• Responsible for processing off cycles and payroll adjustments for employees.
• Act as a point of contact for Payroll related issues.
• Complete assigned per pay period reporting, auditing, and data reconciliations timely within Rippling and other scheduling tools. 
• Stay current with laws and regulation changes and how they affect the payroll.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of prior experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems promptly.
• Capable of working in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
• Must be organized, dependable, and able to follow instructions.
• Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent typing and data entry skills (10-Key by touch).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
