Job Description - Senior Pensions & Benefits Manager (Remote)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Pensions & Benefits Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing global pension reporting and strategic pension program design. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while driving innovation in pensions and benefits projects. Your contributions will enhance operational excellence while collaborating with various stakeholders. The impact of your work will be felt across local, regional, and global levels, making this role both challenging and rewarding.

Accountabilities

    • Manage quarterly and year-end pension reporting, including data validation and resolution of discrepancies
    • Act as central liaison between actuaries, Finance, HR Operations, and asset managers to ensure seamless reporting
    • Support audit coordination and respond to auditor queries in collaboration with stakeholders
    • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting workflows
    • Handle pension management risk reporting, including analysis and identification of risks
    • Lead and contribute to pensions & benefits projects, driving innovation and continuous improvement
    • Ensure legal compliance and competitive positioning of pension programs
    • Provide guidance and training to HR, Finance, and C&B teams, fostering knowledge sharing

Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in Pensions & Benefits, with strong knowledge of pension reporting and analytics
    • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related field
    • Proficiency in IT tools/applications and Microsoft Office
    • Demonstrated Project Management experience
    • Excellent analytical and end-to-end process thinking skills
    • Strong presentation skills and stakeholder management abilities
    • Self-driven, collaborative, and enthusiastic, with a desire to learn
    • Fluency in spoken and written English
