In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality marketing services to clients, transforming strategic plans into actionable insights. Your expertise in core marketing channels like SEO, email, and paid media will drive measurable results. You will manage client relationships and lead a team of specialists to ensure excellence throughout the marketing execution process, while nurturing your career progression into higher leadership roles.
Accountabilities
- Collaborate on strategy with the Account Director and own execution
- Lead day-to-day client delivery and communication
- Ensure work is executed at a high standard across channels
- Coordinate internal project managers and channel specialists to ensure nothing slips
- Monitor performance and proactively surface insights, risks, and opportunities
- Be accountable for client results, retention, and delivery quality
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional marketing experience
- Proven experience managing ongoing client relationships at a marketing agency
- Experience overseeing multi-channel marketing programs
- Project management experience (formal or informal)
- Expert-level experience in at least one marketing area (e.g., email automation, SEO, content marketing)
- Hands-on intermediate or higher experience in at least three additional marketing areas
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Problem solver with a proactive and resilient attitude
