Note

Candidates must have 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience, an active California Bar license, and the ability to independently handle substantive litigation responsibilities. We welcome experienced plaintiff-side attorneys and insurance defense litigators interested in transitioning to plaintiff-side advocacy. This is a full-time, on-site position in Torrance, CA.

Job Description

• Independently manage personal injury litigation cases from initial case development through settlement or trial preparation.
• Lead litigation strategy for complex injury claims, including catastrophic injuries and traumatic brain injuries.
• Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, oversee discovery, and manage substantive litigation matters.
• Work closely with medical experts, investigators, and litigation support professionals to build compelling cases.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate strategically for clients throughout the litigation process.
• Contribute your experience and legal judgment to complex cases while collaborating with fellow attorneys.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience, plaintiff-side or defense-side.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage litigation matters, including discovery, depositions, and case strategy.
• Strong legal writing, negotiation, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Experience with complex injury claims, catastrophic injuries, or trial preparation is a plus.
• Commitment to working full-time on-site in Torrance, CA.
