Join our team in the greater Philadelphia area! This in-office opportunity is ideal for an experienced attorney who enjoys hands-on litigation, direct client interaction, and working alongside a collaborative legal team.

Note

We are seeking an attorney with 8+ years of personal injury litigation experience, at least 3 completed jury trials, and an active Pennsylvania Bar license. Attorneys from established law firms and solo practices are welcome to apply.

Job Description

• Independently manage personal injury litigation cases from initial evaluation through resolution.
• Represent injured clients in motor vehicle accident, premises liability, and other negligence-related claims.
• Lead case strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Advocate for clients in jury trials, hearings, arbitrations, and other proceedings.
• Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with our legal team to build compelling cases and pursue favorable outcomes.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate clearly throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• At least 3 completed jury trials.
• Active Pennsylvania Bar admission required.
• Proven ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.
• Strong courtroom advocacy, negotiation, legal research, and writing skills.
• Plaintiff-side personal injury experience preferred.
• New Jersey Bar admission is a plus.
