Our practice focuses on 18-wheeler trucking accidents, motor vehicle accidents (MVA), and complex personal injury litigation. We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced trial attorney who thrives in the courtroom and is passionate about fighting for clients’ rights.

Key Responsibilities:

As a senior litigation attorney, you will manage a variety of personal injury cases, including car accidents, trucking accidents, and slip and fall incidents. Your duties will include:

• Manage a heavy litigation docket with an emphasis on trucking and MVA cases.
• Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and jury trials.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial briefs.
• Develop legal strategies and oversee cases from intake to resolution.
• Work collaboratively with paralegals, litigation support, and other attorneys.

Preferred Qualifications:

• First-chair jury trial experience.
• Spanish language proficiency (a plus in Texas market).
• Multi-jurisdiction litigation experience.

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM

Job Type: Full-time

License/Certification:

• Must be licensed to practice in Texas and in good standing with the Bar.
• Licensed in NY, Florida or both is a strong plus.
• Federal court licensure and appellate experience are a plus, but not required.

Compensation:

• $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year (or percentage of settled cases), depending on experience
• This is a full-time position with pay commensurate with experience.
