Senior Pipeline Superintendent

Urban Infraconstruction is looking for a Senior Superintendent to join our Water Resource Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct field crews and subcontractors on water infrastructure projects (water lines, pump stations, treatment facilities, underground utilities, etc.)


• Lead day-to-day field operations for large-diameter pipelines (30”–96”)


• Manage daily schedules, manpower allocation, equipment use, and material delivery coordination.


• Review plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate field execution.


• Conduct daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and field inspections.


• Maintain project documentation including daily reports, logs, timecards, and site photos.


• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager on progress updates, potential issues, and project milestones.
  

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 10–15 years of heavy civil / utility construction experience


• At least 3 projects involving large-diameter sewer or force main (≥ 30”)


• At least 1 project valued at $15M+ (preferred ≥ $20M)


• Experience on municipal or regional water authority projects


• Must have a valid driver's license
