A senior consultant leads implementation teams in analyzing requirements and contributing to the design and deployment of PTC Solutions intended to address complex customer requirements. This lead position is focused primarily on the technical aspects of an implementation, but also provides input to the shaping of enterprise strategies, methodologies, and direction within the client environment.

A senior consultant is involved with installation and configuration of PTC software, customization, GUI development, testing, debugging, data migration, and deployment support of project teams.  Develops, plans, and leads implementation efforts across all PTC product lines.  Ensures that quality software engineering processes and/or methodologies are followed.  Reviews team work products to ensure that they are accurate, consistent, and meeting of client requirements.

Exposure and experience with product development and manufacturing processes, structures, systems, and best practices, end to end, from conceptual design through production and into service.

Exposure and experience leading the implementation of large and or complex PLM systems for several companies across varied industries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and contribute to the design of PTC solutions to meet complex customer requirements.
• Participate in all phases of projects to include installation, configuration, customization, validation, documentation, go-live activities, and run time support.
• Lead phase gate events to obtain customer approval for advancement in milestones or phases per tight schedules.
• Identify and position new opportunities in existing accounts as gaps become evident during projects.

Job Qualifications:

• 4+ years of demonstrable experience leading PTC Windchill PLM implementations to include the list of job responsibilities above.
• 8+ years of experience in the PLM field either as an software company employee, channel consultant, or direct customer employed implementer or administrator.
• Demonstrated technical skills in areas such as HTML, Info*Engine, Java, SQL, Workflow, and XML.
• Bachelor’s Degree minimum in an engineering or computer discipline.
• Availability for up to 75% travel depending on project circumstances.
• US citizenship (to support ITAR and DOD customers).
