Job Summary:
Our growing Raleigh, NC office is seeking an exceptional Plumbing Engineer to join our team. The Senior level Plumbing Engineer focuses on the design of building related projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design plumbing systems for various commercial buildings


• Develop system design calculations and selection of equipment for use in buildings


• Prepare detailed design documents


• Specification writing/editing


• Conduct code compliance research


• Coordinate work with other disciplines


• Perform site surveys to determine and document existing conditions


• Provide construction administration services

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field


• 8+ years of design experience


• Professional Licensure required


• Good communication skills, combined with organizational skills, the ability to plan, balance and prioritize work


• Knowledge and understanding of codes, standards, and design guidelines


• Excellent work ethic and attitude


• Leadership Ability and Entrepreneurial spirit


• Proficiency in Revit, and MS Office


• Ability to travel
