Responsibilities:

Direct and manage all phases of commercial and healthcare construction projects, with an emphasis on plumbing and HVAC systems, ensuring successful completion.
Ensure strict adherence to all industry regulations, including OSHPD/HCAI requirements, throughout every project phase.
Lead, mentor, and enhance the performance of project management teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and efficiency.
Expertly utilize construction management software, including Bluebeam, to oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring.
Control project budgets, closely monitoring costs and expenditures to achieve financial goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Implement quality assurance protocols to ensure all projects meet or exceed specifications.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks, addressing challenges to secure project success.
Generate comprehensive project reports for senior management and stakeholders, detailing progress, challenges, and outcomes.
Facilitate seamless collaboration with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Over 10 years of experience in project management within commercial and healthcare sectors, focusing on plumbing and HVAC systems for a medium to large construction firm.
Thorough knowledge of OSHPD/HCAI and other relevant industry regulations.
Advanced proficiency in construction management software, particularly Bluebeam.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of guiding successful project teams.
Outstanding communication skills, capable of effective dialogue with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
