Senior Portfolio Analyst

Graham Capital Management, L.P. (Rowayton, CT) seeks a Senior Portfolio Analyst to:

DESCRIPTION:         

• Assist Portfolio Manager with financial modelling and trade idea generation


• Monitor the portfolio and assist with risk management


• Collect data and perform quantitative analysis on the portfolio and markets more broadly


• Develop tools and analytics to assist in the portfolio management process


• Support trade execution


• Evaluate current and historical financial data


• Study economic and business trends


• Prepare written reports

REQUIREMENTS:    

• MS in a quantitative field


• 3 years of related experience at a bank, asset management, or prop trading firm. Experience to include:


• Python and VBA, Bloomberg and working with data in Microsoft Excel


• Coding and front-office financial modelling (including yield curves and options)

LOCATION:    Graham Capital Management, L.P., 40 Highland Avenue, Rowayton, CT 06853. This role requires commuting into our Rowayton, Connecticut office Mondays through Fridays, 5 days per week.

SALARY: $175,000 - $250,000 per year

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $250,000.  The anticipated range is based on information as of the time this post was generated.  The applicable annual base salary or hourly rate paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors, including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience, skills, and qualifications. 

Base salary or rate does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
