The Position:

The Senior Practice Manager is responsible for ensuring alignment across administrative, clinical, and financial functions across multiple practice locations. The Senior Practice Manager partners closely with executive leadership, providers, and department heads to drive results across front desk, scheduling, clinical, and revenue cycle teams. This leader must be adept at balancing strategic oversight with operational execution in a multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Multi-Site Operations Oversight:

  • Lead the daily operations of multiple clinic locations, ensuring standardization and best practices across all sites.
  • Directly oversee the management teams at each clinic, providing mentorship and support to ensure consistent performance.
  • Ensure alignment of all front-end, back-end, and clinical support functions.

Strategic Leadership:

  • Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation across clinics.
  • Leads change management initiatives and ensure successful implementation of new processes, technology, and services.

Staff & Leadership Development:

  • Supervise, coach, and develop staff members.
  • Build a strong leadership pipeline across sites and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and succession planning for key operational roles.

Financial & Operational Performance:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all clinic locations, including provider utilization, patient throughput, revenue cycle efficiency, and staff productivity.
  • Collaborate with finance and revenue cycle teams to manage clinic budgets, optimize financial performance, and ensure accuracy in billing and collections.
  • Analyze data and reporting to drive decision-making and improve operational outcomes.

Patient Experience & Quality Assurance:

  • Champion a patient-first culture across all sites, ensuring high satisfaction scores and service excellence.
  • Implement quality assurance programs and lead initiatives to improve care delivery, safety, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Address escalated patient concerns and support site-level teams in delivering exceptional care.

Technology & Compliance:

  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of EHR, PM systems, and other operational technology.
  • Ensure regulatory and policy compliance across all clinic operations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and credentialing requirements.

Requirements

 Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required;?Master’s degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of multi-site healthcare management experience, with progressive leadership responsibility.
  • Proven success in leading high-performing teams across clinical and administrative domains.
  • Strong financial acumen, data analysis capability, and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., NextGen, Epic) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Job Details:

  • This is a Full-Time position based in Colorado, requiring travel between assigned locations.
  • Compensation for this role will be $100,000- $130,000 annually based on experience/certification.
  • This is a bonus eligible position.
