As a Senior Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst \\- Level 4 you will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security. Ready to join forces with our visionary team?\n\nOur Senior Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (shortened as \u201cMaterial Cost Management Analyst\u201d) will be primarily responsible for establishing and monitoring budgets and schedules for direct contract work on various aerospace programs. An ideal candidate will also provide meaningful guidelines for the program and supply chain functions in order to execute the program to cost and schedule targets.\n\nYou and your team of peers will assist the programs with financial analyses such as budget vs actuals, estimated cost at completion, funding profiles, sales outlooks, cash forecasting, and variance analysis. The team will also monitor contract budget and support adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, prepare expenditure projections and support timely requests for additional funding to the government.\n\nThis position will be based out of Chandler, AZ. This position is a non-telecommuting role. \n\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to supporting the following: \n\nBusiness cadence and reporting objectives:\n\n * Perform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis/ assessment and visibility reports, development and analysis of estimates to complete\n * Maintain the accuracy of the managed WBS structures (or Control Accounts) through recurring monthly status of activities, manual adjustment entries, and analyzing resulting variances to budget\n * Provide support to internal surveillance to include analysis of program performance, monitoring the Estimate to Complete (ETC) and program Estimate at Complete (EAC), review of Variance Analysis Reports (VARs) and Change Requests (CRs)\n\n\n\nBusiness strategy and compliance objectives:\n\n * Integrated with the program and other functional teams (i.e. supply chain management) to assist in the reconciliation of data facilitating an avenue for recommendations to program management/teams to include corrective actions\n * Support internal and external audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management, fact-finding and negotiation support\n * Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines \n * Apply knowledge of the DCMA data driven Earned Value Management Systems compliance process and current policy\n\n\n\nCross-functional leadership objectives:\n\n * Work cross-functionally with other departments (program office, finance, supply chain, etc) to effectively execute critical transaction needs.\n * Ability to facilitate training sessions as needed to support programs on various Earned Value Topics\n * Review current processes and procedures and provide recommendations for streamlining\n\n\n\nWhy You? Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
