You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize existing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure product quality.

• New Process Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new manufacturing processes, from concept to implementation, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Quality Assurance: Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to implement and maintain robust quality control measures within manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

• Cost Reduction: Identify opportunities for cost reduction through process improvements, equipment optimization, and material usage efficiency.

• Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, implementing manufacturing principles and methodologies to streamline processes and maximize productivity.

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and production teams, supporting their professional development and fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted production and minimize downtime.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with both support and production teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies into existing operations. Qualifications:

• Proven track record of successfully leading process optimization and improvement initiatives.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and quality management systems.

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other relevant engineering tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams and levels of the organization.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Pay: $77,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
