Join us in our journey to define standards and roll out standardized processes for Maersk global operations for Maersk Ground Freight and E-Commerce, driven by data and process, while ensuring visibility and transparency! As a Senior Process Transformation Manager, you will work in a global setting, with stakeholders from various Maersk teams, driving alignment for operational excellence and customer value creation.

Responsibilities:

Assess
Understand and map "as-is" processes, including critical metrics
Create and run process capability studies, identifying improvement areas and prioritizing them

Define
Map "to-be" processes and critical metrics
Prioritize tech devs that is inline with process maps
Define roadmap to move to "to-be" processes
Define automation possibilities

Land
Create SOPs and training documents
Partner with region to land new processes
Create community of process experts globally and site leaders
Monitor and act on metrics

Others
Drive closure of audit items and address risks
Own knowledge repository and make it easily accessible
Supports and connect with Continuous Improvement teams on opportunities to run projects and enhance capabilities
Other incidental items in accordance to the team's goals

Who you are

Must have
5 year work experience in trucking operations or supply chain logistics, or in frontline operations in a warehousing or trucking company
Experience in a Project Management, Process Engineering, Management Consultant, or Change Management roles
Strong ability to connect detailed operational concepts to values for company and customers
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in:
Translating complex concepts and business requirements into easy-to-understand communication
Solving problems and making data driven decisions
Ability to write convincing narrative with strong logic in memo and presentation format
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluency in English (our company language).
Willingness and ability to travel internationally (Up to 20-30% of working time).

Nice to have
Master's degree in economics/ business administration or engineering

Pay Range:

$180,000 - $194,000

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
