Senior Producer

Develop, maintain, and be responsible for production roadmaps and schedules for cinematic projects. Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment. Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the production process. Use production tracking software to report progress and manage dependencies. Provides mentorship to production teams on how to identify risks and strategies for mitigation. 5+ years leading production for game development teams for both console and PC platforms with a deep understanding of cinematic production processes. Experience in animation, VFX, motion capture, and VO pipelines. Experience shipping at least one AAA title. Ability to solve hard project management problems and work with leads and team members to develop durable solutions as well as a passion for mentoring and making your team better Jira project management and customization Excellent communicator, open, and highly collaborative!
