In this role, you will significantly influence the product experience and brand expression for our innovative financial technology solutions. Your design work will enhance how our users interact with our products and ensure a coherent brand presence. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will play a vital role in driving user engagement and shaping the overall design culture within the organization. This opportunity allows you to be part of a remote-first team dedicated to expanding access to fair credit through thoughtful design.
Accountabilities
- Partner with product managers and engineers to design and iterate user experiences from concept to launch.
- Design high-quality, consumer-facing web and mobile experiences focusing on usability and visual clarity.
- Translate business and user requirements into compelling design solutions that improve customer financial lives.
- Evolve and uphold design standards and best practices across the product ecosystem.
- Translate customer insights and business goals into intuitive user experiences and interfaces.
- Collaborate with marketing to integrate product design into brand and growth surfaces.
- Produce high-quality digital assets for customer acquisition, activation, and engagement.
- Ensure consistency in brand expression across product, marketing, and communications.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on designs incorporating feedback and performance data.
- Evaluate design effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative signals.
Requirements
- 4–5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, visual design, or digital design.
- Proven experience designing consumer-facing digital or mobile products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in product, brand, and growth design.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and fluency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong eye for typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience iterating designs and building prototypes rapidly.
- Strong customer empathy and ability to translate user needs into design solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Fluency in Spanish.
