Job Description - Senior Product Data Associate (m/f/d)

As a Senior Product Data Associate, you will play a crucial role in the technical tasks of campaign production, focusing on the effective management and organisation of product images and data. This position requires excellent organisational skills to ensure deadlines are met throughout the process of campaign image creation.This position is unlimited and located in Warsaw.

naming, sorting, and saving product images according to internal company requirements and based on Westwing’s product range and styling guidelines
managing a large volume of files while maintaining a well-organised system
inputting product data into internal systems
providing support to the team with daily tasks and operational processes

a strong ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
a proactive attitude towards identifying and implementing process improvements
exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
proficiency in English at a communicative level
independence in creating reports and managing essential data
a good understanding of interior design styles and a strong aesthetic sense is highly desirable
