Senior Product Designer

Exodigo is the leading underground mapping solution for non-intrusive discovery. Our platforms combine multi-sensor fusion, 3D imaging, and AI technologies to create complete, accurate underground maps that enable confident decision-making for customers across the built world. We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors. 

We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025.

You will lead the end-to-end design process: from user research and field observations to wireframes, flows, and design specs, working closely with internal stakeholders, software teams, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design for in-house digital tools and physical product interfaces.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system from scratch.
• Plan and execute usability research: stakeholder interviews, field observations, surveys, and workshops.
• Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate closely with software and hardware teams to ensure a consistent, usable product experience across all platforms.
• Build and institutionalize the design process within the company – including workflow, documentation, and design standards.
• Be the voice of the user across product discussions, balancing business and technical constraints.
• Create design systems and reusable component libraries where relevant.

• 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design (end-to-end).
• Experience designing interfaces for complex systems or operational tools – preferably in hardware-integrated environments.
• Previous experience building a design system from scratch is required
• Strong research skills – from planning and conducting interviews to usability testing and synthesizing insights.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with software developers, PMs, and field operators.
• Ability to manage and prioritize work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in design tools

Nice to Have:

• Experience with B2B or in-house product design.
• Background in industrial design or working with hardware teams.
• Hebrew speaker – ability to conduct field observations and interviews in Hebrew.
• Familiarity with physical environments where products are deployed (logistics, infrastructure, etc.)
