Senior Product Designer

We're Agora, a Fintech startup based in TLV on a mission to revolutionize the way Real Estate firms and investors manage their capital. Our Investment Management software help companies raise and preserve more capital by automating their back-office operations, increasing their investors' satisfaction, and providing them with advanced tools for better marketing efforts.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our software, working on innovative features and improving the overall user experience for our clients. • Lead the design efforts for our real estate investment management software, ensuring a user-centric and intuitive experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into thoughtful design solutions.
• Create prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights, iteratively improving the product design based on user needs.
• Implement and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across the software.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and design innovations, infusing them into the product development process.

• Proven experience (at least 5 years) as a Product Designer with a focus on B2B software products.
• Prior experience working at a SAAS B2B company, ideally within the real estate or financial industry, is highly desirable.
• Demonstrable expertise in designing complex software interfaces, particularly in the field of CRM software or similar business-focused applications.
• Proficiency in using design and prototyping in Figma
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with a track record of delivering successful user experiences.
• Ability to work in an Agile development environment, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Solid portfolio showcasing your past projects, design process, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively.
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail, striving for pixel-perfect designs.
• Experience and understanding of the Atomic Design methodology
