How You’ll Make an Impact 

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Product designer to join our startup, building products at the intersection of cyber-security and software development to disrupt the large Application Security market. The ideal candidate will have full-stack experience spanning user research, interaction design, and visual design. They will have demonstrable results delivering delightful security and developer experiences via a SaaS service.

• Own the design of core user journeys across the product, from initial flows to polished UI


• Collaborate with engineering and product to implement new features and refine existing ones


• Bring clarity to complex user experiences as our product elves and scales


• Create and maintain a clean, modern visual language inspired


• Work closely with our Head of Design to articulate and evolve Endor design principles


• Ensuring that users know what to do without needing to be told
  
  

What You Bring to the Table

If you are interested in helping to define, build, and grow the product at an early-stage company, and the list below matches your background, we would love to talk to you!

• Strong portfolio that demonstrates both visual polish and UX depth.


• Passion for building products that are intuitive, beautiful and a joy to use


• 4-8+ years experience as a Product Designer in a similar role.


• Experience working closely with engineers and understanding implementation constraints


• Proven ability to operate autonomously


• Self-starter: You can take ownership of an area and deliver beyond expectations.


• Take pride in your craft: You set a high bar for yourself and those around you; you’re meticulous about the details without losing sight of the big picture

Bonus: Experience building developer-centric and/or cybersecurity centric product experiences. Experience in designing self-service workflows for rapid product adoption, and product-led growth strategy.

Compensation: For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the base salary is expected to be between $140,000 - $200,000. This may include incentives/variable compensations such as commissions, stock options and/or bonuses, depending on the position. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.
