Job Description - Senior Product Designer

Description

Lead end-to-end design processes from research and discovery to final implementation.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, usability testing, and validation activities.
Collaborate with product and business teams to identify opportunities and solve complex product challenges.
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
Create intuitive, scalable, and data-driven design solutions aligned with business objectives.
Translate business requirements into user-centered experiences.
Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and Developers throughout the product lifecycle.
Participate in product discovery, roadmap discussions, and feature planning.
Analyze user behavior, product metrics, and business KPIs to improve product performance.
Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
Contribute to design systems, UX standards, and design best practices across products.
Mentor and support other designers when needed.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably in a Senior Product Designer role.
At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming/Gambling domain.
Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX expertise, and complex product solutions.
Experience working on B2B and/or B2C digital products.
Strong understanding of UX, UI, interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
Experience conducting user research and working with qualitative and quantitative data.
Ability to work with product metrics and make data-driven design decisions.
Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, BA, QA, and Engineering.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain and defend design decisions using both user and business rationale.
Russian - fluent
English - Intermediate+ (ability to communicate with international teams and documentation)
