As a Senior Product Designer you will lead the development of omni-channel experience journeys. In this role, you will play a crucial part in documenting end-to-end experiences and identifying key moments where the customer journey can be personalized to drive ongoing engagement and maximize lifetime value.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop omni-channel experience journeys that map out the customer's interaction with the brand across various touchpoints.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Champion the user experience (UX) and advocate for best practices in design thinking and human-centered design.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform design decisions and optimize the customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in retail design and omni-channel experiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product design, with a focus on retail or e-commerce.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing omni-channel experience journeys and personalizing the customer experience.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and rationale.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including omni-channel experiences and retail-focused work.
