Job Description - Senior Product Developer

Join a fast-paced fashion team leading development of women’s accessory collection from concept to production. This role ensures on-time delivery, strong costing, and seamless collaboration with design and overseas factories . In office.

RESPONSIBILITES

Own full product development lifecycle

Partner with design to execute product vision

Manage timelines, samples, and factory communication

Oversee all sample stages (proto to TOP)

Review samples and ensure quality + accuracy

Negotiate costs, MOQs, and margins

REQUIREMENTS

4+ years product development (fashion/accessories)

Strong costing + materials knowledge

Overseas factory experience

Highly organized, detail-driven
