The Role

We are looking for a seasoned, self-driven Senior Product Leader to scope and shape the future of our products focused on Trust, Safety and Experience. You will take the reins by setting the vision, strategy and driving tangible outcomes. You'll spearhead the product strategy for a collaborative Collective of product and engineering Packs, and dive deep into user pain points and operational opportunities, translating insights into innovative software solutions that propel both customer satisfaction and business success.

The Ideal Candidate

Possesses in-depth expertise in workflow systems related to support, fraud detection, and operational efficiency.
Demonstrated track record of building and scaling systems, particularly in the realms of high-tech fraud prevention and support tools implementation.
Demonstrated track record of building and scaling systems leveraging machine learning models, anomaly detection algorithms, and behavioral analytics for combating fraud and optimizing customer support flows
An effective communicator and collaborator with engineering, Design/UX, analytics, sales, go-to-market and operational teams
Hypothesis and data-driven to inform priorities and decision making, conceive experiments, measure outcomes and improve our understanding
Able to thrive in uncertainty and is comfortable with a high degree of ownership and bias for action; you’re a driver rather than a passenger
Demonstrated success in leading by example by taking charge and steering the ship, not simply executing previously set priorities

Set the mission, vision, and strategy for our Trust and Safety Experience initiatives that align with existing company goals
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies within the support and fraud detection landscape, leveraging this insight to make informed decisions, mitigate risks, and seize opportunities for innovation.
Lead the execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our support and fraud tools, ultimately bolstering customer satisfaction and trust while minimizing operational overhead
Evaluated, selected, and integrated cutting-edge technologies and solutions into our support and fraud detection arsenal, optimizing processes and ensuring seamless integration with existing internal tooling for maximum impact.
Collaborate with UX/Design, Engineering, Data, Go-to-Market and Sales teams to lead the definition, execution, launch, and measurement of our product enhancements
Operate with a “no excuses” mentality; we operate with speed and integrity, which requires you to take ownership and responsibility for outcomes, and be ready to take action to remediate issues and resolve problems
Immerse yourself into the Fetch user and partner experiences and become an expert in your subject area.
