In this role, you will drive program and product management initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline project delivery. As a Product Lead, you will play a crucial role in connecting various functions within the organization while setting and managing expectations effectively.
Accountabilities
- Be the face of CloudLabs Engineering for customers and maintain exceptional customer experience/satisfaction in terms of program and product management.
- Accurately translate customer/leadership requirements into technical requirements for the engineering team and set customer/leadership expectations.
- Prioritize and own projects delivery, ensuring on time and within scope.
- Identify and highlight risks timely to manage expectations for customers/leadership/internal teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to improve communication and alignment between engineering, services, support, and sales teams.
- Enable Product Manager to be successful in their role.
- Define Product Roadmap, in sync with customer/leadership/internal requirements.
- Conduct customer interviews/product research to develop product strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in program management and product management.
- Ability to translate complex stakeholder requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on timely delivery.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to drive cross-team collaboration.
- Experience in conducting user research and deriving strategic insight from data.
- Understanding of product lifecycle management and release planning.
