The Role: Practice Attorney Product Liability

We are seeking a Practice Attorney with a strong background in product liability law to support a highly regarded legal team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to significant litigation matters while benefiting from a collegial and collaborative work environment.

In this role, you will:

• Provide Legal Expertise: Support litigation involving consumer brands, aviation products, and manufacturers in high-stakes matters.
• Counsel Clients: Offer strategic advice in mass tort disputes and product liability claims.
• Collaborate with a National Team: Work with a group of over 70 attorneys recognized for their expertise in product liability and mass torts.
• Deliver Quality Representation: Manage cases with attention to detail, professionalism, and strategic precision.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates with:

• Experience: At least 3 years of product liability law or equivalent litigation experience.
• Educational Background: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Skills: Superb written and oral communication skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Mindset: A collaborative, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach to practicing law.
