Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a motivated Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development, enhancement, and management of innovative products and solutions in the Professional Services industry.

About the Client

This innovative medication management technology represents the next generation in the field, utilizing AI to enhance STAR ratings, improve clinical outcomes, and lower costs—all within a single platform. The award-winning system provides an unmatched comprehensive analysis of each patient, autonomously generating personalized quality metrics and recommendations for Rx and medical cost savings. This enables significant impact while requiring minimal engagement from providers.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with client's overall business objectives


• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to the launch of a new native application to the market


• Translate product’s strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products on time


• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance.


• Implement data-driven decision-making processes to continuously improve product offerings


• Coordinate product releases with marketing, sales, and engineering teams

What You Bring

• 6 years of background as a Product Manager


• Experience working as an external Product Manager (United) - at least two projects


• Experience in the healthcare industry


• Basic familiarity with DB and basic SQL skills to consume information independently


• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle


• Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executive management

Nice to have

Experience in the Healthcare industry of the USA market

English level
