Own and drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a high\-scale platform product spanning user journey orchestration, media management, ad serving, audience segmentation, analytics, and AI\-driven optimization. Identify and execute high\-impact opportunities that improve monetization, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Define and communicate platform product vision and strategy.
Prioritize and own the roadmap, balancing innovation with scalability, reliability, and compliance.
Lead end\-to\-end product delivery (0â1 and scale), from requirements to launch and iteration.
Use data, experimentation, and economic modeling to quantify opportunities and measure ROI.
Integrate AI/ML capabilities into product features and workflows.
Partner closely with engineering and cross\-functional stakeholders to ensure high\-quality execution.
Qualifications
7+ years total experience, including 3+ years managing technical/platform products.
Experience with complex, high\-throughput systems (AdTech, MarTech, digital publishing, or data platforms preferred).
Strong system design fluency (APIs, microservices, data systems) and analytical rigor.
Proven ability to translate ambiguous business goals into measurable product outcomes.
Experience incorporating AI/ML into products.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in fast\-paced environments.
Nice to Have
Background in Computer Science, Economics, or quantitative fields.
Experience in ad monetization and privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
Exposure to real\-time decision making or ad serving systems.
