We at Coforge are hiring Senior Product Manager (#21824) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product strategy and roadmap priorities into detailed requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios


• Own documentation and execution support for assigned product features and enhancements


• Collaborate with Technology teams during agile ceremonies to ensure alignment between requirements and implementation


• Support QA, UAT, integration, and release validation activities to ensure delivery quality and business alignment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred


• +8 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Technical Product Ownership


• Experience in loyalty, rewards, payments, or financial services required


• Strong understanding of loyalty ecosystems (earn, redemption, offers, points, program rules)


• Knowledge of payment processing, issuer systems, transaction flows, authorization, and settlement


• Experience writing business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria


• Strong technical aptitude working with APIs, integrations, and system design


• Experience working in Agile delivery environments


• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in loyalty and rewards platforms or issuer processing environments


• Exposure to consumer engagement platforms or large-scale digital transformation programs
